“Excellent service, and when the staff know my flight was in the evening, they gave me lately check out. We also have a surprise that after we finish our dinner and back to the room, there was beautiful decoration for us. The only thing I don't like is many hotel free water activities are in the ile Aux Cerf, and there are lots of sales for another water activities. They kept talking and introducing other activities to me, and those are expensive. It would be better if they don't bother the……

“We had a beachfront room with ocean view which was lovely. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Lovely views. Food was fabulous, plenty of choice and great quality. Plenty of sunbeds to choose from at the pool and on the beach, never any shortage. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful and the service was generally very efficient. “Great all inclusive. Good food and lovely staff. Plenty of beach chairs and things to do on the resort. Please note that Expedia says it closes at 8pm for check in, however the hotel front desk is open 24/7. So can check in after 8pm. ”

They try to charge us in different way, they send us the bill before check out, it said we order coconut in the bar that we never visit , it said we took the chocolate from mini bar which we never take. then we explained to the reception and settled.
